Hardship Evaluations with Tiana

Work With Us

Cost

You & Me + Therapy provides a comprehensive evaluation for $1,500. This will include two separate sessions and a very detailed evaluation.

Expectations

During the initial session, I, as your therapist, will gather pertinent information related to your case, provide diagnosis where applicable, and facilitate assessments such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7. You can expect the first session to be between 1 and 1.5 hours long. I will then start the evaluation paperwork. After majority of the paperwork is complete, I will then conduct a follow up session that will be between 30 minutes and a hour long in order to fill-in any gaps and clarify certain facts of your case. I will complete your evaluation and provide you with a copy for your records.

Experience

I started completing hardship evaluation 10 years ago. My mother. Milissa Tipton is an Immigration Attorney; therefore, I have a clear understanding of what is neccessary to be most effective with my evaluations.

Benefits

An immigration hardship evaluation can strengthen an immigration case by providing credible, clinical documentation beyond personal statements. It helps humanize the case by clearly illustrating the emotional, psychological, and family impact of immigration-related stress, including anxiety, depression, or trauma. Completed by a licensed mental health provider, these evaluations offer an objective professional perspective and can support waivers, cancellations of removal, and other forms of discretionary immigration relief.
