THERAPY SPECIALTIES
-
Group therapy offers a supportive space to gain insight by connecting with others who may be navigating similar experiences. As stories are shared and perspectives unfold, many people begin to recognize their own patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics more clearly. Hearing how others think, feel, and respond can gently challenge old narratives, uncover blind spots, and spark meaningful “aha” moments. Over time, this shared learning deepens self-understanding, builds empathy, and supports real, lasting change—both within yourself and in your relationships.
-
Group therapy is a powerful space not only for insight, but for practicing real-life skills in real time. Within a supportive group setting, members learn and experiment with new strategies for communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and relationship patterns. With guidance from the therapist and feedback from others, participants can try out healthier ways of responding, receive encouragement, and refine what works. This shared practice helps build confidence, accountability, and momentum—making it easier to take new tools from the therapy room into everyday life.
-
Group therapy supports self-development by helping individuals build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience in a supportive community. Through reflection, connection, and guided feedback, participants gain clarity around their values, boundaries, and personal goals—supporting meaningful growth both within themselves and in their relationships.

“I’ve been working with Tiana for a little over a month now, and in a short amount of time she has done wonders for me. Due to my career I am very knowledgeable in certain counseling techniques and the advice one can give and Tiana has never let my knowledge in that area waver her guidance. She is very reassuring, patient and takes the time to really listen. Despite my own knowledge which is hard to use for myself, hence I why I’m in therapy, Tiana focuses on providing critical skills and tools to be successful and that is what I appreciate the most. After our sessions there is a weight lifted and I know I’m on the road to healing with Tiana’a guidance!”
